MEET CATHERINE

Catherine Dustan is a transformative speaker, mind mastery mentor, and lifelong learner with a rich background spanning science, sales, philosophy, and spirituality. Trained as a veterinary nurse with a degree from the University of Pretoria, she later built a successful career in sales. After spending 45 years in South Africa, Catherine relocated to the UK in 2010, where she now lives with her three cats. She enjoys revamping her home, gardening, and spending time with her two grown-up children and new son-in-law.

Catherine’s journey began in the late 1990s after the birth of her first child, sparking a profound quest to understand why, despite her best efforts, she felt rejected and disconnected in every area of her life—family, work, and community. Fueled by her deep interest in science and nature, she sought answers in philosophy, spiritual and religious texts, and alternative healing modalities. It was through this exploration that she discovered the pivotal role her thoughts played in shaping her reality.

A dedicated student of A Course in Miracles, Catherine realised the key to transforming her life lay in mastering her mind. By learning to love and value herself, she was able to shift her perspective, move from exhaustion and depletion to fulfilment and joy, and completely transform her experience of the world.
